Who we are
A data capability services company. We work with telecom operators, local data providers and other data sources on one side, and with lending, consumer finance and payment companies operating across overseas markets on the other. Our activity today spans Southeast Asia and Latin America.

What we believe
Useful data capability and real business demand often sit on opposite sides of fragmented markets. The gap is not only access to data — it is understanding what clients actually need, validating whether a capability holds up on real samples, and turning it into something that can be commercially and technically delivered. That work is where the value is, and it is work neither side is naturally set up to do.

What role we play
Telecosys matches demand, packages capabilities, coordinates testing, integration and commercial delivery, and feeds market requirements back to providers. We make a data capability usable in a client workflow, while the client's own risk and credit decisions remain with the client.

Partner governance
How we handle the clients downstream of a provider's capability. These are operating principles; the specific obligations that apply in any engagement are set out in the relevant agreement and vary by market and capability.
Before access is enabled
- Client identity and operating entity are reviewed
- Permitted use is assessed against the market, the capability and applicable contractual requirements
- Client relationships are reviewed periodically, not onboarded once and forgotten
During delivery
- Access is managed at client level
- Usage is kept traceable where the delivery model supports it
- Provider-specific compliance and audit requirements are handled under the applicable agreement
- Suspected misuse can trigger suspension and review
